A regional hospital network serving three states said on Monday that its electronic records system was back online, eight days after a ransomware attack forced clinicians to revert to paper charts and divert ambulances. The network has not said whether it paid a ransom. Federal investigators have attributed the attack to a group that has targeted healthcare providers repeatedly over the past two years.
